The spaces
Four distinct spaces — historic barn, courtyards, cowshed and meadows — each with its own character. Pick one for the whole day, or move between them as your celebration unfolds.

01The heart of the day
The Barn
Our 17th-century stone barn is the centrepiece of Glebe Farm Barn. Exposed oak beams, original brickwork and soaring ceilings give it instant atmosphere, while the open floor lets you arrange the day exactly how you want — from ceremony rows to a long banquet table to a late-night dance floor.
120 seated · 180 standing
- Exposed oak beams
- Stone fireplace
- Fully licensed for ceremonies
- Step-free access throughout
02Where the evening lives
The Cow Shed
Adjoining the main barn, the Cow Shed is a more intimate, low-beamed space perfect for evening receptions, late suppers and informal gatherings. It's where the music gets louder, the lights go down, and the day becomes the night.
80 standing · 60 seated
- Low timber beams
- Bar-ready layout
- Direct access to the courtyard

03Drinks under the sky
The Courtyards
Two cobbled courtyards bookend the barn — one south-facing for sunny drinks receptions, the other a sheltered evening space ideal for fire pits and lanterns. Both are private to your party for the day, with planted borders and seating tucked in around the edges.
Up to 200 standing
- South-facing for sunshine
- Lanterns + fire pits
- Private to your party

04Forty acres of countryside
The Meadows
Beyond the barn, the working farmland opens onto 40 acres of meadows, hedgerows and ancient trees. Use them for an outdoor ceremony, golden-hour photographs, a marquee for a larger gathering, or simply space to breathe between the formalities.
Outdoor ceremonies up to 200
- Outdoor ceremony license
- Marquee-ready ground
- Sunset photography
- On-site parking

The basics
Frequently asked questions
Can we choose our own caterers and bar?
Yes — we offer the barn as a blank canvas, with no preferred-supplier list and no corkage fee. Bring your own caterers, your own bar, and your own drinks. We'll happily share our recommended-suppliers list if it's helpful.
Are pets welcome?
Of course. Plenty of couples bring dogs into the ceremony, and the meadows are a lovely spot for a few photographs together. Just let us know in advance so we can plan around them.
How late can the music go on?
Live music and DJs run until midnight, so the dance floor never feels cut short. The bar can stay open in line with that, and guests can carry on quietly outside or by the campfire afterwards.
Where can our guests stay?
Barnham Broom Hotel (2.6 mi), The Honingham Buck (5 mi), Bawburgh Kings Head (5 mi) and Park Farm Hotel (6 mi) are all favourites. We can also recommend holiday cottages within easy reach, and your guests are welcome to camp on site on the night of the wedding.
Is there parking on site?
Yes — there is a dedicated meadow for parking, with plenty of space for arrivals, suppliers and overnight guests who want to leave the car and come back the next morning.
Is the venue accessible?
The barn, cow shed and courtyards are step-free and easy to navigate. The meadows are working farmland, so do let us know about any access needs in advance and we will plan the route together.
What if it rains?
Norfolk weather has its own ideas. The barn and cow shed are large enough to host the whole day undercover, so even an outdoor ceremony can move inside without losing the feel of it.
When can we come to view the venue?
Viewings are Sunday to Tuesday during wedding season, and we are flexible the rest of the year. Get in touch with a few dates that work for you and we will find a quiet hour to walk you round.
