What it costs
A single hire fee, no hidden extras
One straightforward fee covers the whole site from Wednesday afternoon to Sunday evening — five days to plan, decorate, celebrate and unwind. Choose the season that suits you, and we will hold the rest of the week aside for the two of you.

- Added if you hold the legal ceremony at the barn.
A £750 non-refundable deposit secures your date, alongside a £200 refundable cleaning bond. The remaining balance is due 28 days before the wedding — no surprises, no late paperwork.

What's included
The barn comes with the bones of a wedding already in place. Bring caterers, drinks and styling, and the rest is here.
Wednesday to Sunday access
Five days on site to set up, celebrate and pack down.
Exclusive use of the venue
Barn, cow shed, courtyards and meadows — all yours.
Wooden dance floor
A sprung floor under the beams for the late hours.
Built-in fairy lights
Permanent lights woven through the rafters.
Tree-top ceremony & top table
The barn's signature feature, suspended above the room.

A late curfew so the dance floor never feels cut short.
Toilets on site
No portable loos — facilities are part of the venue.
Empty catering kitchen
A prep space ready for the caterers you choose.

A dedicated meadow for arrivals and overnight cars.
Camping the night after
Guests can camp in the meadow once the music stops.
